Have you ever wanted to shot yourself in the head? I think about it probably 6 days a week. And that’s why I don’t own a gun.

I have an awesome life with a the best wife and two wonderful kids but depression sucks me down everyday. I have taken preventative measures to avoid rash decisions and I keep on fighting.
