When It’s This Hot, It Is the Heat

The word “hot” is starting to loose all meaning to me. I mean droughts, over thirty days of hundred+ weather? Today someone told me it was about one hundred degrees when he left his house, and I automatically exclaimed, “Only a hundred!”

The saying goes, “It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity,” but when it’s this hot, it is definitely the heat.
