But i just realized I was sexually abused once or twice by my cousin as a child and once almost severely hurt my mom when I was 8 or 9. What the fuck childhood, why did you make me remember this all at one time?

Since you were so young your brain wasn’t developed enough at that time to be able to understand what was going on yet you still probably knew and felt that it was wrong in some way that you couldn’t find words for so you coped with it in other ways, pushing the memories and the feelings so far down that you can’t find them but eventually they resurface. Just don’t let it break you down, you’ve made it this far!
