Husband No Longer Attracted To Me
My husband just got done telling me that he is no longer attracted to me. We got married 5 years ago and over the past year I now weigh 25 lbs more than I did before. He told me that he is embarrassed to be seen with me in public.
I am SO heartbroken, I know I need to lose weight but just the way he said it totally broke my heart.
He told me that I let myself go but honestly with taking care of 4 kids and him deploying all of the time when do I have time for me?
I thought he was my bestfriend and my cheerleader, I guess I was wrong :/

I have been through the same thing with my husband. I was 135 lbs at 5’3″ and he told me he no longer was attracted to me because I was so “huge”. My usual weight is around 110lbs and that is exactly where he likes me.
I told him that the only reason I was not at my target weight at the time was because I had no time to exercise or focus on my eating habits when I had a baby to take care of, a house to clean and two jobs to work. All he did was sit around and play video games and occassionally help with the dishes or cooking.
My point is, this made him realize if he wanted me to be the “sexy mama” I used to be then he had to do a little to get a lot in return. He started watching the baby every day so I could go out and run. If he wasn’t available, he found someone to help me with the house work or the baby so I could get back in tip top shape. Let your husband know the payment of time (or money if he has to hire someone) is worth it in the end. He will have his sexy wife back and you will feel better also.
