Tomorrow is my 18th birthday, and I wish it wasn’t even happening. I wish I was dead. I’ve struggled so hard to make it to my birthday, and I feel like now once it’s over, there will be nothing stopping myself from ending this all. I can’t take it anymore. I’m not living for anything.

A) Please read the top right side. I put that notice up there for purely this reason
B) You’re turning 18! congratulations. This means now that anything you want to do to make yourself feel better (and keep going) are yours to make. You don’t need to listen to anyone anymore.
Do some soul searching. Figure out what you need to be happy and go for it. Suicide isn’t a way out. But you may want to talk to a doc to make sure that it’s not depression and if it is get the help you need.

well, happy 18th birthday. it’s one of the “big” birthdays. it means you can vote, join the army, buy lotto tickets, buy cigarettes, you are legally an adult, congratulations. the next thing you have to look forward to is your 21st when you can legally drink and gamble. i won’t say it’s all down hill from there, but after that, birthdays just sort of lose some of their magic and excitement.
i could go on and give you all the “darkest before the light” and “this too shall pass” inspirational stuff i can come up with. but it probably won’t help. i will say that life is worth living. there are highs and lows in life, but that is what makes it interesting. the times we experience that are low help to make the highs that much better.
please, don’t kill yourself. you would be missed by more people than you realize.
