I fucking hate school…
Why the fuck to teachers always have to load all these fucking assignments so close to each other.
Quiz, huge presentation, essay today
Quiz and test tomorrow
Plenty of homework
Lab reports
I can either head to class and work on my assignments at the last minute later or I can skip and work trying to catch up now. Either way, it doesn’t turn out well for me…

Just wait until those same assignments allow you to get paid so that you can keep a roof over your head and food in your fridge. Right now your job is to go to class and do the assignments. Yes, sometimes it can seem to get out of hand with the amount of work you need to do.
Let’s put this in context. Yesterday at 9am through 4am this morning I spent a total of 15 hours working. It was a deadline just like you have a due date. I couldn’t budge on the deadline because of communication with clients and the fact that the entire development team was up until 4am getting a release through.
Cherish the fact that right now you not turning in an assignment gets you a bad grade instead of an empty payroll envelope.

Yeah, but the problem with that is that these classes will eventually turn into my payroll envelope. If I fail these classes, I’ll have to pay extra money to retake everything (4k for tuition + money for books)and it’ll show up on my record as a terrible grade, which is something that employers don’t wanna see.
While I’m glad that I live with my parents and they support me and keep a roof over my head and food in the fridge AND I’m lucky enough to have them pay for my education, the fact that I’m taking 4 high-level classes for my freshman year in college (because my parents wanted me to “catch up”) piled on top of lab assignments is pretty much taking its toll on me.
The fact that I’m up until 2 am on average AND I have early morning classes doesn’t help me either.

I’m willing to bet that your teacher also has a life outside of your class and would prefer to not be grading your assignments/quizzes/projects/presentations/tests…
