My phone company and I just don’t connect.

My phone company screws with my accounts constantly! At one point they even unbundled my bundle package and started charging me for each item separately (landline, cable, internet) They overcharged me so much money that they had to credit my account for nearly a year of services, plus they gave me free cellphones. BUT whenever I change something about my cellphone plan, such as upgrading my actual cell phone, the company messes something else up in my account. Sometimes they add a fee, an extra phone line or they cancel my unlimited services and start charging me per text or per connection to the internet using my smartphone. I don’t understand why they can’t just change what model phone I have and leave everything else alone! Sometimes I think the phone company is out to get me.

    All of these Big corporations need a BIG wake up call they are trying to steal from you , go down to corporate and punch the CEO square in the mouth,start a trend ,start the REVOLUTION against this TYRANNY.
